Salami Paste

As its name suggests, it is fresh salami paste, therefore made by mincing high quality exclusively Italian pork cuts, mixed with salt, flavouring and spices.

It is the main ingredient of some traditional Po Valley dishes: Cremonese “pistum” risotto, rice in pork broth with cabbage, Mantua style rice; it is also suitable for pasta and roast stuffing.
