Maxi San Lorenzo Salami
This is the salami from Cremona country tradition exclusively made from cuts of Italian heavy pork mixed with salt, flavouring, spices, and delicately flavoured with garlic. The mixture is stuffed into natural “crespone pelato” casing. Perfect drying and careful maturing give this product its unique rich flavour.
