“Cuor di Prosciutto” is cooked ham at its best. The meat cut is the same as the one used for matured culatello and is exclusively obtained from Italian Po Valley heavy pig legs.
Due to artisanal processing, it has the same shape as matured culatello. The taste is given by our exclusive, absolutely natural, flavouring. It is a real gastronomic specialty, which looks pleasant and tastes excellent.
